My lamps are so out-dated.....
I have really been
on the search
for a new one. . . .
But,
The ones I want are e.x.p.e.n.s.i.v.e.
I want
TURQUOISE
I love the color
I am a "blue" color person
so it fits well with me.
Well, if you can't afford what is in the market
What do you do?
Of Course,
MAKE YOUR OWN!
Do I love it or what? |
Found my lamp at DI It was an ugly brown but it worked. |
Amazing what a little TLC and spray paint does.
Oh, least I forget the lampshade. . . .
Wal-Mart
$14.97
My lamp cost me $3.00
Spray paint I had
so my
TURQUOISE LAMP
cost me less than $20.
She's a cutie
and she
GIVES GOOD LIGHT!

Oh my gosh! So great! I am in love with turquoise right now too. When I was at my parents house over summer I was scoping out my mothers really old (like from when my parents got married 25 years ago) brass lamps on our end tables. They have such a great shape I want to look both ways and grab them! If she buys lamps any time soon I am going to scoop the old ones up!
ReplyDeleteThank you for stopping by my blog! I love your projects and your sense of color!
