Beautiful Gifts of Nature

I have been watching a sweet little Mommy bird
A red breasted Robin. .
I watched her as she built her nest
I knew there was little baby eggs in that nest. . .
I watched and I waited.
Being very careful and respectful of the sweet little Mommy
Then with great delight I knew I could see a tiny little beak!
Little Mommy didn't want me that close to her babies. .
So I gently moved away and patiently waited. .
Well, this evening I could see the little darlings. .
Oh, My Gosh! It was breathless to see the sweet little things.
Oh, yes! There are two of them.
Can you see them?
I am not a photographer, I am NOT a nature photographer.
I have a simple little camera. .
But, I am  thrilled to get these pictures.
Little Mommy, must be away getting food.
Oh, how I have enjoyed watching and patiently waiting for
The arrival of these sweet little Robins. .
It  is a Beautiful Gift of Nature.
Thank you little Mommy Robin for letting me see the miracle!

Tooele County Garden Tour 2012

Oh, how I love a well kept yard!
And I love peeking into other peoples yards
And seeing the beauty they create
In their own little spot of Earth. . .
I believe it is a great responsibility to be
Good Steward's of this
Beautiful Earth Heavenly Father
Created for us. . .
Each year where I live there is a tour of some of the
Beautiful yards in our county.
My friend Sue and I have the same love of
Flowers, and Trees, and Beauty of the outdoors.
So each June we peek into the outdoor sanctuaries of others.
Here is a peek of what we saw today.
We both love "old" houses.
This yard had beautiful old trees, and olden outside space.

Simple curvy lines. . .lots of different textures.

Cute little hen house.

I love this old shed and
Love the old tin flag. . .
A quiet shady place . . .Lots of Hosta's
This old home and the gardens were just beautiful
A lot of care and enjoyment comes to the owners of this
Little spot of Earth. . .
It was 100 degrees today with lots of high winds.
But Sue and I enjoyed our time together.
The best part is we talk a mile a minute. .
Drink Diet Coke, and laugh a lot.
(Not to mention the cookies we ate)
I will have more yards for you to see another day.
Hope you enjoyed this part of the
Tooele County Garden Tour
Please do come back for more. .  K

Bloom Where You Are Planted

Sometimes "things" don't turn out the way
You plan. .
I am a firm believer that when you have
Relied on the Lord in you decisions in life,
Whatever the out- come
That Is what is best for you!
You simply
Bloom Where You Are Planted
Disappointments come, it is part of the life process
Not always do we get what we want,
But we always get what is best for us.
Come what may and love it. .
Plant your garden, and
Bloom Where You Are Planted!

Little Trip To Pinterest

A short little trip to
Pinterest. .
Oh, I love that place,
It refreshes me to visit. . .so much inspiration
Here's a few of the delightful
Eye Candy I found. .
Oh, now I have an idea for my entrance way
I think I am going to re-do a box????
I have chairs just like these, only mine are oak
Hmmm, I think I just may paint them. .
I wish I had my old bike!
Do you know how hard it is to find an old bide?
I will never give up!
I do have an old ladder. .
If only I had  a place to put it. .
Oh, how cute. .
Old frames? I have a zillion!
I am constantly on the look-out for
old unusual frames. .
I had better get busy and stop looking at other projects
I need to do my own.
But, isn't Pinterest wonderful!
(I always feel like I am spelling p i n t e r e s t wrong)
