Decorating For Spring

I am still doing a little decorating around my little home.

Spring is just around the corner and it is a good time to

Arrange for Spring. . 

Recently I purchased this adorable wire cloche'

(oh, I don't know if that is what it is called or not)!

 A little bird nest with a butterfly is displayed in the cloche'

 I love decorating my Blue Buffet

All the work in painting this beautiful piece has been worth it.

 Oh, the randomness of my decorating. . 

A little of this and a little of that.

It is what makes my home speak my personality. . 

 I enjoy being home

Even more now that I work during the day

I love to be home. . .I have always been that way.

There is just no place like home!

I love being a "Homemaker"

Crochet Roses and Flowers

I have been crocheting lately.

Between Naps On The Porch

A New Picture

Yesterday, I bought a new picture.

My Aunt Carol had one like this

And I always loved it so much.

So when I saw it at a consignment shop in town

I just had to have it

It reminds me of my Aunt.

I am afraid it doesn't go well on my wall. . 

The grouping on my wall is white's and blue. . 

 I am still fussing and fiddling with the picture

And the shelf and

The grouping on the shelf.

But, I do love the picture.  

I don't like it when I am so undecided about a

Decorating idea.

Something is just not right. . .

Well, I will keep working with it

And show you what I come up with.

I just love the little "flower" balls I found at Michael's

It will soon be Spring. . .or so they say

I need to brighten things up in my rooms.

I will be showing you what I come up with

Maybe the picture frame is not right for that wall?

A Big Mistake. . .

 I made a big mistake. . .

Oh, it is nothing I can't undo. . thank goodness!

I made a huge mistake with one of my afghan's

A Big Mistake

 I was more than half way done with it. .

But, I knew I couldn't live with this mistake.

 So, what's a girl to do?

Unravel. . and that is what I did!

 A months worth of crocheting

And I am starting all over again.

Isn't it wonderful that we can start over again?

 I just knew I could Not live with this mistake.

It is all good. . !
Unraveling is ok, it doesn't hurt !

I will be happy when it is finished and I can show you
